Abstract
Saat ini, praktik pelayanan keperawatan di beberapa rumah sakit di Indonesia belum mencerminkan praktik pelayanan professional. Metode pemberian asuhan keperawatan yang dilaksanakan belum sepenuhnya berorientasi pada upaya pemenuhan kebutuhan dan kepuasan pasien, melainkan lebih berorientasi pada pelaksanaan tugas. Pemilihan metode asuhan keperawatan yang tepat sangat menentukan keberhasilan asuhan keperawatan dan mengukur tingkat kepuasan pasien merupakan salah satu indikator dalam menilai mutu pelayanan di sebuah rumah sakit. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari gambaran tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan keperawatan menggunakan metode keperawatan primer di Bangsal Bethsaida Rumah Sakit Siloam Lippo Village, dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini semua pasien yang dirawat pada Januari sampai Februari 2011 dan jumlah responden sebanyak 50 pasien di Bangsal Bethsaida. Hasil penelitian tingkat kepuasan pasien di Bangsal Bethsaida Rumah Sakit Siloam Lippo village dilihat dari lima dimensi menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan yang tinggi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pelayanan keperawatan dengan metode primer berdasarkan kelima dimensi yang ada menunjukkan hasil tingkat kepuasan pasien yang tinggi / Currently, the practice of nursing service in several hospitals in Indonesia do not reflect the practice of professional services. The method of nursing care has
not been fully implemented oriented effort to fulfill the needs and satisfaction of patients, but more oriented to the performance of duties. Selection of appropriate
nursing care methods to determine the success of nursing care and to measure the level of patient satisfaction is one indicator in assessing the quality of care in a
hospital.
The purpose of this study was to find a picture of the patient satisfaction level of nursing care using the method of primary nursing in Ward Bethsaida Siloam
Hospital Lippo Village, by using quantitative descriptive method while the samples in this study all patients hospitalized in January to February 2011 and the Number of respondents 50 patient in Ward Bethsaida.
The results of patient satisfaction at the ward level Bethsaida Siloam Hospital Lippo village visits of the five dimensions showed a high level of satisfaction.
The conclusion of this research is the primary method of nursing service based on the existing fifth dimension showed a high level of patient satisfaction.
