This research was conducted with the aim of knowing how the conditions of business competition in determining the selling price of 12kg LPG from PT. Pertamina and myGas 12kg LPG and to find out how the role of KPPU in enforcing the 12kg LPG business competition law, especially in determining the selling price of 12kg LPG. This research method is a type of normative legal research or library research. Sources of legal materials obtained are primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. Data collection techniques are carried out systematically, logically and rationally and can be accounted for. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there are juridical problems PT Pertamina and PT Bhakti Mingas Utama are State-Owned and Private Enterprises that carry out business in the oil and gas sector including the distribution of 12kg LPG. business with business competitors to set prices for goods and or services that can create unfair business competition. The regulation regarding the price fixing agreement is contained in Article 5 of Law Number 5 of 1999 concerning the Prohibition of Monopolistic Practices and Unfair Business Competition
