Sengketa wilayah merupakan kasus yang sering terjadi di wilayah Asia Tenggara, hal ini disebabkan karena perbatasan dari satu negara ke negara lain yang sangat berdekatan sehingga terkadang terjadi perebutan wilayah atau konflik di daerah perbatasan. Konflik sengketa wilayah ini sudah terjadi cukup lama dan menimbulkan kerugian bagi negara yang terlibat konflik, kerugian yang di dapat bisa berupa hubungan bilateral kedua yang menjadi kurang baik, hingga menimbulkan banyaknya korban jiwa. Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui jurnal, buku, dan juga situs resmi. Selain itu untuk menganalisis data penulis menggunakan analisis data naratif. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kasus sengketa wilayah kuil Preah Vihear antara Thailand dan Kamboja berhasil di selesaikan secara damai melalui beberapa mekanisme. Hasil keputusan akhirpun sudah diterima oleh kedua pihak baik dari negara Thailand maupun Kamboja./ Territorial disputes are cases that often occur in the Southeast Asian region, this is because the borders of one country to another are very close together, so that sometimes there are territorial disputes or conflicts in border areas. This territorial dispute conflict has been going on for quite a long time and has caused losses for the countries involved in the conflict, the losses that can be in the form of bilateral bilateral relations that have become unfavorable, causing many casualties. In this study the authors used data collection techniques through journals, books, and also official websites. Besides that, to analyze the data, the writer uses narrative data analysis. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the dispute over the Preah Vihear temple area between Thailand and Cambodia was successfully resolved peacefully through several mechanisms. The results of the final decision have been accepted by both parties, both from Thailand and Cambodia.
