Indonesia currently needs a lot of entrepreneurs to increase competitiveness and open new jobs, where one of the efforts made by the government is implementing policies to encourage people, especially those from millennials to increase their entrepreneurial intentions. This study has the main objective to find out the influence of entrepreneurship policy on entrepreneurial intention mediated by entrepreneurship practice and entrepreneurial spirit in the millennial generation in South Tangerang. The sample used in this study was 280 respondents with the sampling technique used was non-probability sampling and purposive sampling, data processing was carried out using the PLS-SEM approach with the SmartPLS application. The findings of this study are the significant and positive influence of entrepreneurship policy on entrepreneurial intention of 0.263, entrepreneurship practice of 0.827 and entrepreneurial spirit of 0.744, significant and positive influence of entrepreneurship practice on entrepreneurial intention of 0.501 and insignificant influence of entrepreneurial spirit on entrepreneurial intention. This study also found that entrepreneurial practice is the variable that has the greatest influence on entrepreneurial intention
