Abstract
Setiap industri di dunia bisnis memiliki karyawan yang merupakan aset penting dalam berkembangnya perusahaan tersebut. Peneliti ingin mengetahui pengaruh pemberian kompensasi, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terdahap kinerja karyawan, Populasi yang ditentukan dalam penilitian ini adalah karyawan PT. XYZ yang bergerak di industry retail dengan jumlah sampel adalah 209 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan probability sampling. Dalam mengumpulkan data, peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner dengan skala pengukuran skala likert. Dengan data yang sudah dikumpulkan, selanjutnya akan diuji menggunakan instrument analisis program SPSS ver 26.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. Pemberian kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Pemberian kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan./ Every industry in business world, worker is an asset that are very important to manage and growth of the company. In this paper, writer wants to know the affects of compensation, motivation of employee, and work satisfaction to employee performance at PT. XYZ (Retailer). The population for this paper is employees of PT. XYZ in retail industry with sample of 209 people. This paper is using probability sampling techniques. In taking the data, writer share a questionnaire that uses likert scale to become the measurement. And with the data that writer already got, writer uses SPSS 26th version to process the data.
Based on the results of the analysis, concluded that compensation positively and significantly affecting motivation of employees. Compensation positively and significantly affecting work satisfaction. Motivation of employees positively and significantly affecting work satisfaction. Compensation positively and significantly affecting employee performance. Motivation of employee positively and significantly affecting employee performance. Work satisfaction positively and significantly affecting employee performance.
