Abstract

Dalam sebuah kepemilikan produk merek mewah merupakan sebuah tanda daripada konsumen mengetahui secara pasti mengenai produk tersebut, karena produk tersebut merupakan produk yang memiliki kelas harga yang tinggi serta memiliki akses yang berbeda daripada produk lainnya, sehingga untuk memahami perilaku konsumen terhadap merek mewah ini dibutuhkan persepi nilai daripada setiap individu konsumen. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui Google Form & Social Media seperti Whatsapp, Line, dan Instagram kepada responden dengan karakteristik pernah memiliki serta menggunakan merek mewah ini. Penelitian ini dianalisa menggunakan software SmartPLS 4.0.8.3 dengan menyebarkan kepada 119 responden untuk pengujiaan pre-test dan menyebarkan kepada 407 responden untuk pengujian aktualitas dan terdapat uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas didalamnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa faktor pada pengetahuan konsumen, pengaruh kelompok referensi, serta aksesibilitas merek mewah dapat memberikan dampak terhadap perilaku konsumen.
