Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence pada behavioral intention penggunaan dispenser obat otomatis, dan menganalisis pengaruh Facilitating conditions dan behavioral intention penggunaan dispenser obat otomatis terhadap behavior mengedukasi apoteker kepada pasien. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Teknik non-probabilitas, dengan metode purposive sampling. Populasi adalah seluruh apoteker di Jabodetabek yang aktif di tahun 2022, dengan sampel sebanyak 195 orang. Hasil statistik penelitian Performance Expectancy (0,000), Effort Expectancy (0,029), dan Social Influence (0,001) berpengaruh positif terhadap Behavioral Intention, tetapi Facilitating Conditions (0,113) tidak berpengaruh pada Behavior Edukasi Pasien, sedangkan Behavioral Intention (0,001) berpengaruh positif terhadap Behavior Edukasi Pasien. Maka dari itu, dapat dilihat bahwa Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Behavioral Intention, Facilitating Conditions tidak mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Behavior edukasi pasien danBehavioral Intention mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Behavior edukasi pasien./ The study aims to analyze the effect of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and social influence on behavioral intention to use automated drug dispenser, and to analyze the effect of facilitating conditions and behavioral intention to use automated drug dispenser on pharmacist’s behavior to educate patients. The method used is non probability technique, with purposive sampling method. The population is all pharmacists in Jabodetabek who are active in 2022, and a sample of 195 people. The results of the study Performance Expectancy (pvalue 0.000), Effort Expectancy (pvalue 0.029), and Social Influence (pvalue 0.001) had a positive effect on Behavioral Intention, but Facilitating Conditions (pvalue 0.113) had no effect on Patient Education Behavior, while Behavioral Intention (pvalue 0.001) positive effect on Patient Education Behavior. By the results stated above, we can see that Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence have an influence on Behavioral Intention, Facilitating Conditions have no effect on patient education Behavior and Behavioral Intention has an influence on patient education Behavior.
