Abstract
Toko Emas Jaya Baru merupakan bisnis keluarga yang berfokus pada industri retail yang menjual perhiasan emas. Toko Emas Jaya Baru telah didirikan sejak akhir tahun 1992 atau sudah berjalan kurang lebih 30 tahun lamanya. Saat ini, Toko Emas
Jaya Baru sedang menghadapi persaingan bisnis serta terjadi penurunan pendapatan akibat dari dampak pandemi COVID-19. Tujuan dari adanya penelitian ini untuk dapat mengetahui faktor-fakotr apa saja yang mempengaruhi keunggulan
kompetitif Toko Emas Jaya Baru selama pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menerapkan single case study. Teknik penggumpulan data dalam penelitian imi dengan menggunakan wawancara, observasi, serta field notes terhadap pemilik, karyawan serta konsumen Toko Emas Jaya Baru sebagai informan penelitian. Proses ini akan membantu mempermudah proses pembuatan mini model theory untuk dapat mengetahui strategi apa yang digunakan selama pandemi Covid-19 serta keunggulan kompetitif dari Toko Emas
Jaya Baru. Diharapkan dengan adanya mini model theory yang dibuat dalam penelitian ini dapat membantu serta bermanfaat bagi pemilik Toko Emas Jaya Baru untuk dapat bisa lebih mengembangkan keunggulan kompetitif serta strategi untuk
dapat membuat Toko Emas Jaya Baru lebih sukses kedepannya/Toko Emas Jaya Baru is a family business that focuses on the retail industry selling gold jewelry. Jaya Baru Gold Shop has been established since the end in 1992 or has been running for approximately 30 years. Currently, the Gold Shop Jaya Baru is facing business competition and a decline in revenue as a result of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of this research is to can find out what factors influence excellence Jaya Baru Gold Shop during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research using a qualitative approach by applying a single case study. Technique
collecting data in this research by using interviews,
observations, as well as field notes to Gold Shop owners, employees and consumers Jaya Baru as research informant. This process will help make things easier the process of making a mini model theory to be able to find out what strategies are used during the Covid-19 pandemic as well as the competitive advantage of Gold Shops Jaya Baru. It is hoped that with the mini model theory made in This research can be helpful and useful for Jaya Baru Gold Shop owners
to be able to further develop competitive advantage as well as strategies for can make Toko Emas Jaya Baru more successful in the future.
