Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menganalisis pengaruh-pengaruh kolaborasi guru, growth mindset dan readiness for change terhadap kepemimpinan guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode sensus, yang merupakan suatu penelitian yang mengambil satu kelompok populasi sebagai sampel secara keseluruhan dan menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur sebagai alat pengumpulan data utama untuk mendapatkan informasi spesifik. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner didistribusikan kepada 43 orang responden yang merupakan para guru yang bekerja di Sekolah XYZ. Pengujian statistik dilakukan dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) sebagai metode umum yang dinilai tepat untuk mengestimasi path model yang menggunakan konstruk laten dengan multiple indikator. Temuan penelitian telah menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi guru, growth mindset dan readiness for change berpengaruh positif terhadap kepemimpinan guru. Temuan penelitian ini memiliki implikasi penting terutama bagi pimpinan sekolah dalam meningkatkan kepemimpinan guru, dimana guru mendapatkan kesempatan untuk berpartisipasi aktif dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk mengembangkan sekolah, meningkatkan kolaborasi guru dan pelatihan berkesinambungan, dan menambahkan unsur kepemimpinan guru dalam evaluasi kinerja guru./The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of teacher collaboration, growth mindset and readiness for change on teacher leadership. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach with the census method, which is the study that takes one population group as a whole sample and uses a structured questionnaire as the main data collection instrument to obtain specific information. The questionnaire instruments are distributed to 43 respondents who are teachers at XYZ School. Statistical testing is carried out using Partial Least Square (PLS) as an appropriate method for estimating the path model using latent constructs with multiple indicators. The findings indicated that teacher collaboration, growth mindset dan readiness for change have positive effects on teacher leadership. These findings have important implications particularly for school leaders in order to increase teacher leadership, that teachers participate to contribute actively to school development in making decision, increase teacher collaboration and continuous training, and add teacher leadership item in teachers’ performance annual evaluation.
