Abstract

Minat berwirausaha merupakan sebuah pemikiran, wawasan, keinginan serta ketertarikan dari seseorang dalam melakukan suatu kegiatan kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan agar dapat mengetahui faktor apa yang dapat mempengaruhi minat berwirausaha pada kalangan mahasiswa tingkat S1 di Universitas Pelita Harapan. Hal ini diakibatkan dengan tingkat pengangguran yang masih cukup tinggi berdasarkan Pendidikan tertinggi universitas di Indonesia. Penelitian ini memiliki sampel berjumlah 241 responden yang merupakan mahasiswa pada tingkat S1 yang dikhususkan pada Universitas Pelita Harapan. Data sampel pada penelitian ini diuji dengan menggunakan SmartPLS 3.2.9 dalam melakukan pengujian terhadap validitas, reliabilitas, dan uji terhadap hipotesis. Metode penelitian kuantitatif akan digunakan pada penelitian ini. Purposive sampling adalah metode non-probability sampling yang digunakan pada penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kebutuhan akan prestasi, dan Kreativitas berhubungan positif terhadap Jejaring Sosial (p-value = 0.000; 0.000). Diperoleh Kebutuhan akan prestasi, Kreativitas, Jejaring sosial berhubungan positif dengan Minat berwirausaha (p- value = 0.000; 0.000; 0.003). Kebutuhan akan prestasi berhubungan secara positif terhadap Minat berwirausaha melalui mediasi Jejaring sosial (p-value = 0.004). Kreativitas berhubungan secara positif terhadap Minat berwirausaha melalui mediasi Jejaring Sosial (p-value = 0.006). Kesimpulannya bahwa seluruh hipotesis penelitian ini didukung / Entrepreneurial intention is a person's thoughts, insights, desires and interests in carrying out an entrepreneurial activity. This study aims to find out what factors can affect the entrepreneurial intention among undergraduate students at Pelita Harapan University. Because the unemployment rate which is still quite high based on the Highest education university in Indonesia. This study will used quantitative research methods, with 241 respondents who are undergraduate students at Pelita Harapan University. The validity, reliability, dan hypothesis of this study were tested using SmartPLS 3.2.9. Quantitative research method will be used in this study. Purposive sampling is a non- probability sampling method used in this study. Results showed that the need for achievement and creativity are positively significant related to online social networks (p- value = 0.000; 0.000). Need for achievement, creativity, and online social networks has positively related to entrepreneurial intention (p-value = 0.000; 0.000; 0.003). Need for achievement has positively related to entrepreneurial intention mediated by online social networks (p-value = 0.004). Creativity has positively related to entrepreneurial intention mediated by online social networks (p-value = 0.006). So the conclusion is that all the hypotheses of this research are supported.
