Abstract

Teknologi penting pada saat COVID-19, kegiatan sehari-hari ini telah mengalamai perubahan karena adanya teknologi yang semakin canggih. Seperti pada sektor perbankan. Ada teknologi yaitu mobile banking untuk membantu kegiatan bertransaksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived security, trust terhadap intentions to use mobile banking. Model analisis penelitian menggunakan PLS-SEM sebagai model analisis data dengan aplikasi SmartPLS. Metodologi dari penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif dengan desain non-profitability yaitu purposive sampling yang berjumlah 160 responden. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan pada mahasiswa yang berada di Jabodetabek dan pulau Jawa yang pernah menggunakan mobile banking Livin’ by Mandiri. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bukti adanya hubungan positif antara perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived security, trust terhadap intentions to use mobile banking. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat berguna bagi mobile banking Livin’ by Mandiri atau pun pelaku bisnis lainnya dan agar bisa menjadi referensi penelitian selanjutnya.
