Abstract
The use of websites as a means of information, promotions, transactions and others, is common for Indonesian people. The website makes it easy for its users without having to be in a certain place. The convenience of finding information and making transactions is provided by Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII) for potential visitors before visiting TMII in person. As a tourist spot, TMII is one of those that has been badly affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. In an effort to increase visitor interest in visiting TMII, one of the marketing strategies undertaken is to attract visitors through the TMII website In an effort to meet the needs and improve Tamanmini.com, the author redesigned the tamanmini.com website design in accordance with the user interface (UI) principles chosen by the author, namely the ui principle by Pamala B Deacon and Dimitry Fadeyev. The author carries out five stages of the workmanship process based on the method by Bruce Hannington and Bella Martin, namely; planning, scoping & definition; exploration, synthesis, & design implication; concept generation & early prototype iteration; and finally the stage of evaluation, refinement & production. The author has been quite successful in applying some of the UI principles needed such as: clarity, conciseness, familiarity, aesthetics, efficiency and streaming. However, the author realizes that there are still deficiencies in its application, especially in fulfilling the principle of consistency.
