Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi niat berwirausaha yang terdiri dari norma subjektif, sikap, efikasi diri, locus of control, pendidikan kewirausahaan, dan adversity quotient. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling, yaitu dengan menyebarkan kuesioner skala likert lima poin kepada responden. Hasil data yang diperoleh kemudian di analisis dengan menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.2.9. Pada penelitian tersebut, hasil penelitian yang dihasilkan adalah variabel norma subjektif, sikap, dan efikasi diri memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel niat berwirausaha. Sedangkan, variabel locus of control, pendidikan kewirausahaan, dan adversity quotient tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap niat berwirausaha./This study aims to determine the factors that affects entrepreneurial intentions from subjective norms, attitude, self-efficacy, locus of control, entrepreneurship education, and adversity quotient. This study was conducted using quantitative method. The data was collected using purposive method from questionnaire with a five-points Likert scale to respondents. The data were analyzed using SmartPLS 3.2.9. The findings of the study indicate that the variable of subjective norms, attitude, and self-efficacy have an influence on the entrepreneurial intentions, while locus of control, entrepreneurship education, and adversity quotient variables have no effect on entrepreneurial intentions.
