Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh Sistem Perpajakan dan Love of Money terhadap Upaya Penggelapan Pajak dengan Religiusitas sebagai moderasi pada Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi UMKM. Objek penelitian ini adalah para Wajib Pajak UMKM yang menggunakan tarif pajak 0.5% di Wilayah Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Teknik pemilihan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 data yang diambil dengan menggunakan kuesioner secara online dan offline. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sistem Perpajakan dan Love of Money berpengaruh positif terhadap Penggelapan Pajak. Hasil penelitian untuk analisis moderasi menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya variabel Religiusitas memperlemah pengaruh positif Sistem Perpajakan dan Love of Money terhadap Penggelapan Pajak. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat sebagai landasan informasi bagi penelitian selanjutnya dan bagi pihakpihak yang terkait seperti Pemerintah khususnya Direktorat Jenderal Pajak, Wajib Pajak, mahasiswa program studi akuntansi, dan Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia. / This study analyzes the effect of the taxation system and love of money on tax evasion efforts with religiosity as moderation on Taxpayer of Personal MSME. The object of this research is MSME taxpayers who use a 0.5% tax rate in the Sidoarjo Regency. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The number of samples used is 100 data taken using online and offline questionnaires. Based on the results of the study indicate that the Taxation System and Love of Money have a positive effect on tax evasion. The results of the study for moderating analysis indicate that the presence of the Religiosity variable weakens the positive influence of the Taxation System and Love of Money on Tax evasion. The results of this study are expected to be useful as an information base for further research and for related parties such as the Government, especially the Directorate General of Taxes, Taxpayers, students of accounting study programs, and the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia
