Abstract

Pengenalan ilmu bisnis sudah sangat familiar di setiap era, namun akibat dari perkembangan era, dunia bisnis pun mengalami banyak sekali revolusi atau peningkatan supaya bisa tetap eksis mengikuti perkembangan jaman. Kopi Konnichiwa Dharmahusada Surabaya berupaya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen dengan menyajikan produk, layanan dan tempat yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Atmosphere, Employee Attitude, IT Service, Coffee Quality Terhadap Customer Loyalty melalui Customer Satisfaction pada pelanggan Kopi Konnichiwa Dharmahusada Surabaya.
