Masalah utama yang masih dihadapi oleh Indonesia sampai saat ini adalah kemiskinan dan pengangguran. Salah satu alat untuk mendukung pengentasan kemiskinan dan pengangguran adalah kewirausahaan. Indonesia memiliki presentase yang rendah terhadap wirausaha. Entrepreneurship intention merupakan salah satu penyebab rendah nya presentase wirausaha. Pada penelitian ini akan menganalisa variabel yang mempengaruhi keputusan seseorang untuk berwirausaha sebagai karir yang dipilih. Analisa dalam penelitian ini akan didukung dengan Theory of Planned Behavior dan proactive personality dalam memprediksi niat kewirausahaan mahasiswa di Kota Tangerang. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dan teknik penelitian dengan sifat simple random sampling diharapkan bisa membantu dalam analisis. Setidaknya dengan kuesioner elektrik (google form) ada 279 data responden yang diolah menggunakan Smart PLS dengan metode PLS – SEM. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan attitude, social norm, perceived behavioral dan proactive personality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap entrepreneur intention pada mahasiswa di Kota Tangerang. / The main problem that Indonesia is still facing today is poverty and unemployment. One of the tools to support the alleviation of missions and movements is entrepreneurship. Indonesia has a low percentage of entrepreneurs. entrepreneurship intention is one of the causes of the low percentage of entrepreneurship. This study will analyze the variables that influence a person's decision to become an entrepreneur as the chosen career. The analysis in this study will be supported by the Theory of Planned Behavior and proactive personality in predicting the entrepreneurship intentions of students in Tangerang City. By using a descriptive quantitative approach and research techniques with the nature of simple random sampling is expected to assist in the analysis. At least with an electric questionnaire (google form) there are 279 respondent data processed using Smart PLS with the PLS - SEM method. The results of this study indicate that attitudes, social norms, behavioral control, and proactive personality have a significant effect on entrepreneurship intentions in students in Tangerang City.
