Abstract
Kinerja karyawan adalah suatu hal yang sangat penting. Adanya penurunan kinerja
karyawan menjadi masalah yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini. Tujuan penelitian
ini adalah untuk (1) Mengetahui pengaruh positif kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja
karyawan ; (2) Mengetahui pengaruh positif kedisiplinan terhadap kinerja karyawan
; (3) Mengetahui pengaruh positif lingkungan terhadap kinerja karyawan ; (4)
Mengetahui pengaruh positif kepemimpinan, kedisiplinan dan lingkungan kerja
secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah
dengan metode kuantitatif menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan pada karyawan
yang sedang/pernah bekerja dari rumah di PT. XYZ. Penentuan jumlah sample
dengan non probability purposive sebanyak 60 responden. Analisis data
menggunakan regresi linear berganda dan teknik pengolahan data menggunakan
software SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Kepemimpinan
berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan ; (2) Kedisiplinan
tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan ; (3)
Lingkungan Kerja tidak berpengaruh positif namun signifikan terhadap kinerja
karyawan ; (4) Kepemimpinan, kedisiplinan dan lingkungan kerja secara bersamasama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Employee performance is a very important thing. The decline in employee
performance is the problem behind this research. The aims of this study were to (1)
determine the positive influence of leadership on employee performance; (2)
Knowing the positive effect of discipline on employee performance; (3) Knowing
the positive influence of the environment on employee performance; (4) Knowing
the positive influence of leadership, discipline and work environment together on
employee performance. The approach of this research is the quantitative method
using a questionnaire given to employees who are currently/have worked from
home in the PT.XYZ. Determination of the number of samples with non-probability
purposive as many as 60 respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression
and data processing techniques using SPSS 26 software. The results showed that
(1) Leadership have a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (2)
Discipline doesn’t have a positive and significant effect on employee performance;
(3) the work environment does not have a positive effect but is significant on
employee performance; (4) Leadership, discipline and work environment together
have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
