Abstract
Dengan berkembangnya teknologi komunikasi yang semakin maju, new media menjadikan proses pemasaran menjadi lebih efektif. Salah satu new media yang ada merupakan media sosial. Dengan media sosial ini juga, terdapat banyak cara dalam memasarkan suatu produk dan jasa dari PT HSW Entertainment Indonesia yaitu seperti advertising dan membuat konten yang menarik untuk dinaikan ke media sosial. Tujuan yang akan dicapai oleh pemagang dalam melaksanakan magang adalah meningkatkan brand awareness melalui media sosial dan memasarkan produk serta jasa yang ada di PT HSW Entertainment. Dengan berjalannya digital marketing yang ada mendorong audiens untuk melakukan pembelian barang dan jasa. Untuk itulah, dibutuhkan penelitian untuk mengetahui apa yang sedang menjadi trend di media sosial, bertujuan agar proses dalam pemasaran barang dan jasa dapat dilakukan secara benar dan efesien.
Pemagang bertugas sebagai marketing public relations dan social media specialist yang tentunya mengatur media sosial Instagram. Pemagang menangani segala macam hal yang berhubungan dengan media sosial seperti membuat flyer untuk dinaikan ke media sosial serta memasang iklan. Pemagang telah mendapat banyak ilmu dan pengalaman dalam mempraktikan tugasnya dari divisi marketing serta mengelola media sosial dengan benar. / With the development of increasingly advanced communication technology, new media makes the marketing process more effective. One of the existing new media is social media. Also with this social media, there are many ways to market a product and service from PT HSW Entertainment Indonesia, such as advertising and creating interesting content to be promoted to social media. The goal to be achieved by interns in carrying out the internship is to increase brand awareness through social media and market products and services at PT HSW Entertainment. With the ongoing digital marketing, it encourages the audience to purchase goods and services. For this reason, research is needed to find out what is trending on social media, so that the process of marketing goods and services can be carried out correctly and efficiently.
The interns serve as marketing public relations and social media specialists who of course manage Instagram social media. Interns handle all kinds of things related to social media such as making flyers to be promoted to social media and placing advertisements. The interns have gained a lot of knowledge and experience in carrying out their duties from the marketing division and managing social media properly.
