Abstract
Dalam pengembangan bisnis, perusahaan perlu mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kemampuan perusahaan untuk bersaing. Salah satu faktor pendukung untuk mencapai hal ini dengan mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Namun, ada kebutuhan untuk dukungan dari penajaman perusahaan dengan memiliki para pemimpin yang dapat melayani tim kerja mereka, budaya pembelajaran organisasi, kepuasan karyawan dan juga komitmen dari karyawan untuk bersama -sama mencapai visi perusahaan di PT XYZ Tangerang. Studi ini mengusulkan model penelitian mengenai pengaruh kepemimpinan pelayan dan pembelajaran organisasi pada kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi di PT XYZ Tangerang. Studi ini mengumpulkan data dengan mendistribusikan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 200 karyawan PT XYZ. Data diproses menggunakan program SmartPLS 3.0 dengan metode analisis kuadrat parsial. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa ada efek positif kepemimpinan pelayan pada kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi dan kinerja karyawan. Ada juga efek positif pembelajaran organisasi pada kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi. Kepuasan kerja dan pembelajaran organisasi memiliki efek negatif pada kinerja karyawan, tetapi pembelajaran organisasi memiliki efek positif pada kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi oleh komitmen organisasi. Ada efek negatif pembelajaran organisasi pada kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja. / In business development, companies need to maintain and improve the company's ability to compete. One of the supporting factors in order to achieve this by maintaining and increasing employee performance. However, there is a need for support from sharpening companies by having leaders who can serve their work teams, organizational learning culture, employee satisfaction and also commitment from employees to jointly achieve the company's vision at PT XYZ Tangerang. This study proposes a research model regarding the influence of servant leadership and organizational learning on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction and organizational commitment at PT XYZ Tangerang. This study collected data by distributing questionnaires which were given to 200 PT XYZ employees. The data is processed using SmartPLS 3.0 program with partial least square analysis method. The results obtained show that there is a positive effect servant leadership on job satisfaction, organizational commitment and employee performance. There is also a positive effect organizational learning on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Job satisfaction and organizational learning has a negative effect on employee performance, but organizational learning has positive effect on employee performance mediated by organizational commitment. There is a negative effect organizational learning on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction.
