Abstract
Sumber daya manusia berkembang dengan begitu pesat, dengan didukung oleh kemajuan teknologi saat ini. Hal tersebut mendorong beberapa perusahaan untuk mengembangkan perusahaan dibidang telekomunikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pengaruh dari Lingkungan Kerja dan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja terhadap Kinerja karyawan dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai mediasi. Penelitian ini ditujukan kepada karyawan di PT. Rizki Persada Sejati dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 212 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data adalah kuesioner. Penelitian in menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan penggambilan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode non probability sampling dengan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan sebesar 5%. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan outer dan iner model, dan selanjutnya menggunakan metode PLS-SEM dengan program SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil temuan mengungkapkan bahwa: (1) Lingkungan Kerja terhadap berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; (2) Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; (3) Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; (4) Lingkungan Kerja terhadap berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan; (5) Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan; (6) Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai mediasi; (7) Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai mediasi. / Human resources are developing so rapidly, supported by current technological advances. This has encouraged several companies to develop companies in the telecommunications sector. This study aims to determine whether the influence of the Work Environment and Occupational Safety and Health on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as mediation. This research is addressed to employees at PT. Rizki Persada Sejati with a total of 212 respondents. The instrument used for data collection is a questionnaire. The research uses quantitative methods with sampling techniques using non-probability sampling methods with the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5%. Tests were carried out using the outer and inner models, and then using the PLS-SEM method with the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The findings reveal that: (1) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (2) Occupational Safety and Health has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (4) Work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction; (5) Occupational Safety and Health has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction; (6) Work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with job satisfaction as mediation; (7) Occupational Safety and Health has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with job satisfaction as mediation.
