Christian education prepares the students to bring blessing to all the nations as the ambassador of Christ. The background of the issue is that the students did not pay attention to the instructions given by several teachers. Meanwhile, it is one of the tools for homeroom teachers, who are responsible for a class in a year, to lead them to the right path. The causes founded such as poor usage of English language, complicated vocabulary, and lack of attention from the students. The purpose of the research is to give solutions for the homeroom teachers to give an understanding of how actually other teachers’ goal in giving the instructions, make sure that the students understand every instruction, and examine the clarity of each instruction. The research result is that the homeroom teacher needs more evaluation of the instructions, which affects the purpose of Christian education. The conclusion is, the homeroom teacher has a big impact on a class to guide the students to obey the instruction, as the way the teacher brings them to have a transformation of life. Through the research, the head of school, the next researcher and teachers can make clear everything to help the students’ needs.
