Abstract
Produk asuransi perlindungan siber hadir sebagai mitigasi risiko serangan siber yang merugikan. Penelitian ini akan menganalisis karakteristik infeksi serangan siber dengan kondisi komputer yang dapat bertransisi bolak-balik antar kondisi susceptible atau sehat dengan kondisi infected atau terinfeksi. Simulasi risiko bersaing digunakan untuk memodelkan kondisi komputer secara harian selama satu tahun. "Time-to-failure" infeksi siber internal, eksternal, dan pemulihan akan dimodelkan dengan distribusi eksponensial. Peluang transisi komputer antar kondisi akan dihitung dari transition rate yang diperoleh dari rata-rata hasil simulasi Monte Carlo. Harga premi dan cadangan premi dari produk asuransi perlindungan siber satu sistem komputer juga akan dianalisis. Selain itu, dilakukan simulasi beberapa skenario parameter nilai tingkat hazard distribusi eksponensial yang merepresentasikan perbedaan kerentanan sistem dalam menghadapi serangan siber. Peningkatan kualitas manajemen risiko siber yang berkaitan dengan daya tahan sistem terhadap risiko siber mampu menurunkan risiko kerugian serangan siber yang dihadapi perusahaan tertanggung sekaligus perusahaan asuransi perlindungan siber. / Cybersecurity insurance comes as a mitigation for cybersecurity risk which causes loss. This study aims to analyse the characteristic of cyberattack infection for computer's reversible susceptible and infected state. Competing risk simulation are used to model computer's day-to-day condition for one year period. The "Time-to-failure" of internal infection, external infection, and recovery are modelled using exponential distribution. Computer's transition probability are calculated using transition rate from Monte Carlo simulation. Premium price and policy reserve of cybersecurity insurance for whole computers system are also analysed. Moreover, we run different scenario for different exponential distribution hazard rate in simulation representing different level of vulnerabilities of the system against cyberattacks. Improvement in cyber risk management related to the vulnerabilities against cyberattacks will lower the risk of loss from cyberattacks faced by the insured company and the cybersecurity insurance company.
