Abstract

BCA Mobile adalah aplikasi mobile banking pertama di Indonesia yang berfungsi untuk memanjakan nasabahnya dalam melakukan kegiatan perbankanmelalui smartphone. Aplikasi BCA Mobile dirilis pada tahun 2011 yang dikelola oleh PT Bank Central Asia Tbk Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah informasi yang cukup dan dibutuhkan oleh pihak bank BCA yang bertujuan untuk menciptakan e-banking satisfaction dan e-banking loyalty penggunaan Mobile Banking pada nasabah bank BCA Penelitian ini bersifat kausal dengan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan software Amos 22.0 untuk membantu proses pengolahan data primer dari 113 pengguna BCA Mobile di Surabaya yang dikumpulkan dengan teknik Snowball Sampling. Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa menciptakan E-banking satisfaction dan menciptakan loyalitas dari konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian kembali adalah dengan di pengaruhi oleh RELIABILITY, PRIVACY AND SECURITY, WEBSITE DESIGN DAN CUSTOMER SERVICE & SUPPORT. Sedangkan variable yang paling berpengaruh signifikan adalah paling penting dalam menciptakan kepuasan yaitu adalah variabel Privacy And Security menyatakan bahwa para responden sangat mementingkan keamaan yang ada di BCA Mobile.
