Abstract
Dengan adanya pertumbuhan populasi yang terus meningkat, menciptakan kebutuhan pangan yang juga meningkat. Adanya peningkatan populasi tersebut juga membuat lahirnya generasi baru yang memerlukan akan suatu inovasi baru. Peningkatan yang terjadi menuntut adanya restoran yang keunikan dalam hal produk maupun desain. Masyarakat Indonesia memiliki kebiasaan untuk menghabiskan waktu di luar rumah untuk makan dan juga berkumpul dengan teman atau keluarga. Melalui data yang dipaparkan didapatkan hasil bahwa restoran pizza dan masakan Italia menempati posisi ke-empat sebagai makanan yang paling digemari oleh masyarakta Indonesia. Dengan melihat adanya peluang pasar tersebut serta kebutuhan akan adanya suatu inovasi terhadap suatu produk maka dibentuklah binis Utopizza Restaurant. Bisnis ini akan menjual pizza dengan berbagai pilihan bread crust serta fusion pasta. Utopizza Restaurant akan berlokasi di ruko Golden Vienna, blok C7/2, Jl. Garuda Kencana No.2, Ciater, Kec. Serpong, Tangerang Selatan, Banten/With the ever-increasing population growth, the need for food has also increased. The increase in population has also given birth to a new generation that requires new innovations. The increase that occurs requires a restaurant that is unique in terms of product and design. Indonesian people have a habit of spending time outside the home to eat and gather with friends or family. Through the data presented, it was found that pizza restaurants and Italian cuisine occupy the fourth position as the most popular food for Indonesian people. By seeing this market opportunity and the need for an innovation for a product, the Utopizza Restaurant business was formed. This business will sell pizza with various choices of bread crust and fusion pasta. Utopizza Restaurant will be located at the Golden Vienna shophouse, block C7/2, Jl. Garuda Kencana No. 2, Ciater, Kec. Serpong, South Tangerang, Banten
