The Business Feasibility Study of The Liong's Kopitiam & Snack Bar at Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta was conducted to determining the feasibility of the business and meeting the academic of the requirements for the degree of Professional Bachelor in Tourism (S.Tr.Par.). The Liong's Kopitiam & Snack Bar is a Kopitiam with a modern Kopitiam concept where customers can enjoy a Kopitiam style dish that is different from other Kopitiam. The Liong's Kopitiam & Snack Bar provides a snack bar section where customers can choose and take the various kinds of fritters that they want. The Liong's Kopitiam & Snack Bar also provides various kinds of board games that can be played by all ages such as chess, othello, ludo, chinese checkers and congklak (Indonesian traditional game). The Liong's Kopitiam & Snack Bar will established in Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta. Pantai Indah Kapuk was chosen because the area has a very rapid growth in the food and beverage industry every year. Data collection for this study was carried out by distributing electronic questionnaires containing questions regarding market and marketing aspects based on the 8p. With an estimated first year sales of 20%, an investment appraisal is obtained with a value of IRR>WACC, NPV>0, and PI>1, thus concluding that The Liong's Kopitiam & Snack Bar is feasible to run.
