The Business Feasibility Study of Warteg Jaman Now was carried out to evaluate the viability of the proposed business and fulfill the academic criteria for a Bachelor of Applied Tourism degree. Warteg Jaman Now offers a variety of traditional meals that are frequently consumed by Indonesians with a neatly arranged interior, bright enough lighting, and aesthetic appearance making the restaurant a comfortable and clean place to enjoy a meal. Not only an indoor space, the restaurant will also be having an outdoor setting as well as private rooms. By scanning the barcode on the table, customers can access the menu, order, and proceed to payment digitally. The restaurant will be located in Jl. Senopati Raya, SCBD, Kebayoran Baru District, South Jakarta as it is considered as an integrated business area that is filled with office, buildings, entertainment, and shopping centers. Electronic questionnaires has been distributed to collect the data for this study. An investment appraisal is completed with a value of IRR>WACC, NPV>0, and Pl>1, indicating that Warteg Jaman Now is viable to operate with expected first year sales of 20%.
