Abstract

Business Feasibility Study of Taco – Yaki is carried out with the aim of determining the feasibility of the business and written in partial fulfilment of the academic requirements to obtain the degree of Professional Bachelor in Tourism. Taco - Yaki is a restaurant with a Mexican - Japanese concept where customers can enjoy fusion food, which is a combination of Mexican and Japanese cuisine. Taco - Yaki restaurant will be established in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta. Kelapa Gading became the location to establish Taco - Yaki because the food and beverage industry is always grow and increasing every year, thus providing an opportunity to establish Taco - Yaki. Data collection in support of this business feasibility study was carried out by distributing electronic questionnaires containing questions regarding market and marketing aspects by considering the restaurant’s location, operations and workforce. In the first year, the sales assumption is 20%, obtained an investment valuation with a value of IRR> WACC, NPV> 0, and PI> 1, therefore it can be concluded that Taco - Yaki is feasible to run.
