The majority of Indonesians are migrant workers with the destination country of Malaysia. Indonesia and Malaysia have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) regarding Indonesian Migrant Workers in the domestic sector. However, it is known that the prantice of the System Maid Online in Malaysia violates the One Channel System or Sistem Penempatan Satu Kanal that has been agreed in the Memorandum of Understanding. The System Maid Online is detrimental to Indonesian Migrant Workers, among others, makes them illegal. The System Maid Online is beneficial for employers but detrimental for Indonesian Migran Workers. In this study, the author will discuss cases caused by the System Maid Online and what violations were violated by the System Maid Online. The conclusion of this study is that the practice of the System Maid Online in Malaysia is detrimental to Indonesian Migrant workers. If Malaysia wants to implement the MoU, where the MoU has adjusted to Undang-Undang Nomor 18 Tahun 2017 tentang Perlindungan Pekerja Migran Indonesia; So Malaysia must change or not follow up again using the System Maid Online; So that both parties have clear rights and obligations, clear legal protection, and also clear legal settlement paths.
