Abstract

Provinsi Aceh merupakan salah satu provinsi yang memiliki berbagai macam masakan yang sangat ciri khas, diantaranya seperti: Mie Aceh dan Roti Canai. Saripati Bayam merupakan salah satu inovasi yang dilakukan pembuatan olahan dasar terhadap masakan Aceh. Produk inovatif ini dibuat dengan semenarik mungkin dan selengkap-lengkapnya agar nantinya produk ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat dikalangan masyarakat luas. Pelatihan pembuatan olahan dasar saripati bayam menjadi olahan Mie Aceh dan Roti Canai ini dilakukan di Desa Curug Wetan dengan harapan dapat memberikan sebuah inovasi terbaru untuk kedepannya berguna bagi masyarakat yang ingin membuka usaha mandiri. Karena Ibu-Ibu PKK di Desa Curug Wetan memiliki permasalahan terhadap inovasi serta wawasan produk sehingga disini kami mengaharapkan apa yang diberikan dapat diterima dengan sebaik mungkin. Dan persiapan yang dilakukan sangat semaksimal mungkin serta jalannya kegiatan pelatihan ini sangat baik karena dengan adanya keinginan serta antusias yang sangat tinggi dari Ibu-Ibu PKK yang membantu akan jalannya acara ini. Kata kunci: Masakan Aceh, Saripati Bayam, Pelatihan, Desa Curug Wetan. / Aceh Province is one of the provinces that has a variety of very distinctive dishes, including: Mie Aceh and Roti Canai. Spinach Essence is one of the innovations made in making basic preparations for Acehnese cuisine. This innovative product is made as attractive as possible and as complete as possible so that later this product is expected to be useful among the wider community. The training on making basic processed spinach essence into processed Aceh Noodles and Roti Canai was carried out in Curug Wetan Village with the hope of providing a new innovation that will be useful in the future for people who want to open an independent business. Because PKK women in Curug Wetan Village have problems with product innovation and insight, so here we hope that what is given can be received as well as possible. And the preparations were made to the maximum extent possible and the course of this training activity was very good due to the very high desire and enthusiasm of the PKK mothers who helped with the course of this event.
