Abstract
Jenis makanan bertambah seiring berkembangnya zaman. Banyak masyarakat yang menyukai makanan manis. Masyarakat tidak ragu untuk mengeluarkan sejumlah uang untuk membeli makanan dan berdiam dalam jangka waktu yang cukup lama di suatu tempat makan. Dengan beberapa faktor tersebut, dibangunlah bisnis cakery dengan nama Down For Cake. Bisnis ini menjual berbagai varian rasa dari upside-down cake yang masih asing di antara masyarakat Indonesia. Bisnis Down For Cake akan didirikan di Ruko Graha Mulia 99 Tebet, Tebet, Jakarta Selatan/The type of food increases with the passage of time. Some people like to eat desserts. People don't hesitate to spend some money to buy food and stay for a long time in a restaurant. With these factors, a cake business was built with the name Down For Cake. This business sells various flavors of upside-down cakes that are still foreign to Indonesians. The Down For Cake business will be established at Ruko Graha Mulia 99 Tebet, Tebet, South Jakarta.
