Abstract
Melihat bahwa wortel dan daun ginseng yang biasanya hanya digunakan sebagai hidangan makanan dan pengobatan sehingga dalam penelitian produk ini menjadi tantangan agar mocktail berbahan dasar wortel dan daun ginseng dapat diterima oleh masyarakat dalam hidangan minuman. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Development dengan menggunakan Purposive Sampling sebagai metode pengumpulan sample. Sample didapatkan dari 40 orang untuk melihat tingkat kesukaan masyarakat terhadap mocktail berbahan dasar sayuran baik dari segi rasa, warna, tekstur, dan juga penampilan. Penelitian yang dilakukan akan diuraikan dalam kegiatan seminar hasil dengan tujuan untuk dapat memberikan paparan dan menjelaskan hasil dari penelitian dan juga untuk mendapatkan umpan baik dari para reviewer untuk penyempurnaan hasil penelitian. Simpulan rekomendasi yang didapatkan dalam seminar hasil adalah berupa kurangnya penjelasan pemilihan wortel dan daun ginseng sebagai bahan utama dalam pembuatan mocktail.

Seeing that carrots and ginseng leaves are usually only used as food and medicinal dishes, in this research the product was made into a stew so that mocktails made from carrots and ginseng leaves could be accepted by the public in beverage dishes. The research method used in this study is Research and Development by using purposive sampling as a sample collection method. Samples were obtained from 40 people to see the level of people's preference for vegetable-based mocktails in terms of taste, color, texture, and also appearance. The research carried out will be described in the results seminar activities with the aim of being able to provide exposure and explain the results of the research and also to get good feedback from the reviewers to improve the research results. The simple recommendation that was obtained from the seminar results was in the form of a lack of explanation regarding the selection of carrots and ginseng leaves as the main ingredients in making mocktails.
