Abstract

Pengiriman makanan secara daring pasca pandemi COVID-19 di Indonesia semakin bertumbuh, begitu juga dengan tren produk buatan rumah serta cita rasa global. Oleh karena itu, restoran fast-casual merupakan jenis restoran yang cocok untuk menyediakan makanan yang dapat dihidangkan dengan cepat serta dapat dibuat sesuai permintaan konsumen sehingga penulis merasa terdorong untuk membuat studi kelayakan bisnis Risantara Ricebox, Restoran Fast-Casual yang berlokasi di Tangerang.
