Abstract

Græmlyn Cakery & Cafe merupakan sebuah kafe yang menyediakan cakegram sebagai produk utamanya dan menyediakan berbagai makanan penutup serta minuman kopi dan non-kopi.Kafe ini akan bertempat di Kemang Utara yang menyediakan layanan dine-in, take-away hingga online delivery. Studi kelayakan bisnis ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mengetahui apakah Græmlyn Cakery & Cafe layak untuk dijalankan yaitu dengan menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Dalam studi ini, berbagai aspek dianalisa mulai dari aspek pasar dan pemasaran, aspek operasional, aspek organisasi dan sumber daya manusia, hingga aspek keuangan.
