Abstract
Tujuan dari seminar hasil ini untuk memberikan wawasan mengenai
“Penggunaan Saripati BayamDalam Olahan Mie Aceh, Roti Canai, dan Roti
Jala”. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode uji organoleptik dengan panelis
terbatas kepada 3 dosen Universitas Pelita Harapan dan panelis konsumen
kepada 30 orang yang dipilih secara acak. Untuk mengetahui selera
masyarakat menggunakan penilaian yang digunakan uji hedonik dan untuk
mengetahui kualitas dari produk menggunakan uji mutu hedonik. Dari
seminar hasil ini tim peneliti mendapat saran dan masukan dari para dosen
penguji yang bermanfaat untuk menyempurnakan penelitian ini. Tim peneliti
mendapat masukan untuk merapikan penulisan dalam laporan penelitian
serta tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menjadikan produk yang diminati
masyarakat dan dapat dijadikan inovasi bagi penelitian selanjutnya.
Kata kunci: mie Aceh, roti canai, roti jala, saripati bayam, uji organoleptik / The purpose of this results seminar is to provide insight into "Using
Spinach Extract in ProcessedAceh Noodles, Roti Canai, and Roti Jala”. This
study used the organoleptic test method with limited panelists to 3 Pelita
Harapan University lecturers and consumer panelists to 30 people chosen at
random. To find out people's tastes using an assessmentusing the hedonic test
and to determine the quality of the product using the hedonic quality test.
From the results of this seminar the research team received suggestions and
input from the examining lecturers which were useful for perfecting this
research. The research team received input to tidy up the writing in the
research report and the purpose of this research was to make a product that
is of interest to the public and can be used as an innovation for further
research.
