Abstract
Laporan seminar hasil merupakan hasil dari pembuatan buku resep dengan judul “
Kreasi Hidangan Penutup Dengan Berbahan Dasar Mentimun ”. Tujuan dari
penelitian ini adalah memperkenalkan kepada masyarakat pengolahan hidangan
penutup berbahan dasar mentimun. Pembuatan buku resep melalui uji panelis untuk
mengetahui kelayakan makanan dan tampilan buku resep, buku resep ini berisi “
Kreasi Hidangan Penutup Dengan Berbahan Dasar Mentimun ”. / The report on the results of the seminar is the result of making a recipe book with the title “Cucumber-Based Dessert Creations”. The purpose of this study is to introduce to the public the processing of cucumber-based desserts. Making a recipe book through a panelist test to find out the feasibility of the food and how the recipe
book looks, this recipe book contains “Cucumber-Based Dessert Creations”.
