Abstract
Laporan seminar ini merupakan hasil dari pembuatan buku resep dengan judul “Jajanan Pasar Khas Manado” Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: Untuk menunjukkan resep jajanan pasar, peralatan serta bahan jajanan pasar khas Manado dimana orang bisa memasak dengan lebih mudah. Untuk memperkenalkan jajanan pasar serta kreasi yang ada. Untuk memberikan gambaran visual dari jajanan pasar yang berasal dari hasil olahan resep. Pembuatan buku resep ini melalui uji kuesioner untuk mengetahui kelayakan jajanan pasar dan tampilan dari jajanan pasar yang dimasukan ke dalam buku resep, buku resep ini berisi 20 jenis jajanan pasar khas Manado. Seminar hasil merupakan tahap terakhir sebelum iiamany tugas akhir dilaksanakan dimana dosen reviewer akan melihat hasil dari buku resep dan memberikan saran yang terbaik guna memperbaiki laporan serta buku resep yang ada. Rangkaian kegiatan seminar hasil terdiri atas 3 bagian yaitu pembukaan, yang dimulai dengan kata sambutan serta persiapan materi, dilanjutkan dengan pelaksanaan acara yaitu pemaparan materi dari peserta seminar hasil serta masukan saran yang dilakukan oleh dosen reviewer, dan ditutup dengan foto iiamanya dan kalimat penutupan dari dosen reviewer./This seminar report is the result of the creation of a recipe book with the title “Typical Market Snacks of North Sulawesi” The purpose of this study is: To show market snack recipes, equipment and ingredients of typical Sulawesi market snacks where people can cook more easily. To introduce market snacks as well as existing creations. To provide a visual overview of market snacks derived from processed recipes. Making this recipe book through a questionnaire test to find out the feasibility of market snacks and the appearance of market snacks entered into the recipe book, this recipe book contains 20 types of market snacks typical of North Sulawesi. The results seminar is the last stage before the final project session is held where the reviewer lecturer will look at the results of the recipe book and provide the best advice to improve the existing report and recipe book. The series of results seminar activities consists of 3 parts, namely the opening, which begins with a speech and material preparation, followed by the implementation of the event, namely the presentation of material from the seminar participants and input suggestions made by the reviewer lecturer, and closed with a group photo and closing sentence from the reviewer lecturer.
