Abstract
Rancangan buku resep ini berisikan tentang kumpulan 15 resep Makanan Ringan Favorit khas Tionghoa. Makanan merupakan sumber energi utama bagi manusia yang dikonsumsi untuk memperoleh nutrisi yang akan diolah menjadi energi. Camilan adalah salah satu jenis makanan yang biasanya dihidangkan diluar waktu makan. Makanan Asia merupakan makanan yang memiliki cita rasa yang kuat dan menggunakan berbagai bumbu dalam proses pengolahannya sehingga sangat populer dan lebih diminati. Salah satunya makanan yang berasal dari negara Tionghoa yang sudah lama populer di berbagai penjuru dunia sehingga menciptakan keinginan bagi negara lain untuk mempelajari pengolahan makanan khas Tionghoa pengaruh kebudayaan Tionghoa dalam bidang kuliner telah di rasakan oleh Bangsa Indonesia , karena salah satu etnis asing yang paling banyak di Indonesia adalah etnis Tionghoa. Buku resep ini mengangkat tema modern oriental di harapkan buku dapat di baca dan di mengerti oleh para pembaca . Serta terdapat lampiran gambar yang menarik yang sudah di buat . Tujuan dari pembuatan buku resep berjudul Makanan Ringan khas Tionghoa adalah (1) Memberikan berbagai macam pilihan makanan ringan yang favorit di Indonesia khususnya khas Tionghoa. (2) Menambah pengetahuan para pembaca bagaimana Langkah mengolah bahan yang mudah di dapat menjadi makanan ringan favorit khas Tionghoa.
Kata Kunci: Makanan Ringan, Tionghoa, Buku resep / The design of this recipe book contains a collection of 15 Chinese Favorite Snack Recipes. Food is the main source of energy for humans which is consumed to obtain nutrients that will be processed into energy. Snacks are one type of food that is usually served outside of mealtimes. Asian food is food that has a strong taste and uses various spices in the processing process so that it is very popular and more in demand. One of them is food originating from the Chinese country which has long been popular in various parts of the world, thus creating a desire for other countries to learn about typical Chinese food processing. The influence of Chinese culture in the culinary field has been felt by the Indonesian people, because one of the most foreign ethnicities Indonesia is ethnic Chinese. This recipe book with a modern oriental theme is expected to be read and understood by readers. As well as there are interesting image attachments that have been made. The purpose of making a recipe book entitled Chinese Snacks is (1) To provide a wide selection of Indonesian favorite snacks, especially Chinese specialties. (2) Increase readers' knowledge of how to process simple ingredients that can become Chinese favorite snacks.
