Abstract
Laporan seminar hasil merupakan hasil presentasi dari Karya Kompetensi Profesi yang dipilih yaitu Rancangan Buku Modul dengan judul “Rancangan Modul : Front Office Counter”. Buku modul ini merupakan sebuah susunan modul pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu mahasiswa sebagai pengetahuan tambahan dalam materi Front Office. Rancangan buku modul ini dibuat dengan metode pengumpulan data secara primer dan sekunder. Setiap topik dalam buku modul mengikuti sesuai dengan Rancangan Pembelajaran Materi. Hasil yang dikerjakan mencapai tujuan rencana pengerjaan, yaitu terbentuknya buku modul yang berisi materi-materi praktek dari rencana pembelajaran tersebut. Pelaksanaan seminar hasil ini memiliki tujuan untuk mendapatkan umpan balik dari pihak terkait untuk penyempurnaan hasil Front Office Counter. Hasil dari seminar ini mendapatkan saran-saran dari dosen penguji yang akan dapat diimplementasikan pada rancangan buku modul sebagai panduan untuk melakukan revisi. Seperti teknis penulisan yang perlu diperhatikan kembali, format penulisan sesuai dengan panduan, memiliki alasan yang tidak terlalu kuat pada latar belakang, modul dapat ditambahkan ilustrasi untuk lebih menarik, kurangnya materi dalam buku modul, seperti pembahasan mengenai resepsionis, solusi tiap masalah yang tidak mendetail pada proses handling complain. / The seminar report on the results is the result of the presentation of the selected Professional Competency Work, namely the Module Book Design with the title "Module Design: Front Office Counter". This module book is an arrangement of learning modules that can be used to help students as additional knowledge in Front Office material. The design of this module book was made using primary and secondary data collection methods. Each topic in the module book follows according to the Material Learning Design. The results achieved achieve the objectives of the work plan, namely the formation of a module book containing practical materials from the lesson plan. The implementation of this results seminar has the aim of obtaining feedback from related parties to improve the results of the Front Office Counter. The results of this seminar received suggestions from examiners which could be implemented in the module book design as a guide for revising. Such as writing techniques that need to be considered again, the writing format is in accordance with the guidelines, has reasons that are not too strong in the background, illustrations can be added to make modules more interesting, lack of material in the module book, such as discussions about receptionists, solutions to each problem that are not detailed in complaint handling process.
