Abstract
Restoran Seporsi Mie Kari yang terletak di Alam Sutera merupakan di provinsi Banten yang merupakan 5 besar provinsi yang memiliki industri penyedia makan dan minum terbanyak, sehingga perlu diperhatikan perilaku konsumen terutama minat pembelian kembali untuk mendapat keunggulan. Selain itu Restoran Seporsi Mie Kari memiliki beberapa ulasan yang buruk mengenai kekecewaan terhadap kualitas produk dan juga banyak ketidakpuasan terhadap pelayanan. Maka dari itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh kualitas produk dan kepuasan konsumen terhadap minat pembelian kembali di Seporsi Mie Kari Alam Sutera. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengujian hipotesis yang bersifat kausatif dengan dimensi waktu cross sectional, dan juga lingkungan penelitian yang bersifat riil atau non-contrived. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan merupakan metode non probability sampling dengan pendekatan purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang peneliti gunakan merupakan bentuk kuesioner yang berupa jenis electronic and online questionnaires yang berbentuk Google Forms. Ukuran sampel penelitian ini berupa 220 responden yang memenuhi kriteria peneliti. Berdasarkan dari hasil perhitungan yang didapatkan kualitas produk dan kepuasan konsumen mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat pembelian kembali di restoran Seporsi Mie Kari. Peneliti menyarankan untuk meningkatkan lagi kualitas produk tersebut dapat meningkat dan juga pelatihan dalam pelayanan agar kepuasan konsumen dari restoran Seporsi Mie Kari tersebut meningkat sehingga daya minat pembelian kembali dapat bertahan dan meningkat./ Seporsi Mie Kari Restaurant, located in Alam Sutera, is located in the province of Banten which is in the top five provinces with the most food and beverage industries, so it is necessary to pay attention to consumer behavior, especially the intention to repurchase to gain competitive advantage. In addition, Seporsi Mie Kari Restaurant also has several bad reviews regarding disappointment with product quality and a lot of dissatisfaction with service. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effect of product quality and consumer satisfaction on repurchasing intention at Seporsi Mie Kari Alam Sutera. The type of research used in this study is hypothesis testing which is causative with cross-sectional time dimensions, and also a research environment that is real or non-contrived. The sampling technique used is a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling approach. The data collection method that the researchers used was a electronic and online questionnaires in the form of Google Forms. The sample size for this study was 220 respondents, who met the researcher's criteria. Based on the calculation results, it was found that product quality and customer satisfaction had a positive and significant influence on repurchase intention at the Seporsi Mie Kari restaurant. Researchers suggest being able to maintain and improve product quality and also training in service so that customer satisfaction from the Seporsi Mie Kari restaurant increases so that the interest in repurchasing can be maintained and increased.
