Abstract
Perkembangan zaman mengharuskan perusahaan harus beradaptasi dengan kemunculan
teknologi baru yang ada dan harus turut menggunakan teknologi tersebut agar dapat bersaing
dengan perusahaan lain. Dalam kasus ini, perkembangan teknologi sudah merevolusi kegiatan
pemasaran yang pada umumnya dilakukan oleh perusahaan dengan menggunakan teknik
konvensional, sekarang dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan media sosial sehingga dapat
dilakukan dengan lebih cepat dan mudah. Media sosial Instagram dapat digunakan sebagai salah
satu alat atau sarana yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan brand awareness sebuah perusahaan
kepada audiens yang dituju.
Pemagang melakukan program magang di Perusahaan Samkok Global Persada dan
dilakukan selama 4 bulan untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan, wawasan, dan pengalaman baru
mengenai dunia profesional. Pemagang memiliki tanggung jawab dan kewajiban dalam
melakukan manajemen media sosial Instagram miliki perusahaan dengan tujuan untuk
meningkatkan brand awareness perusahaan.
Pemagang berharap dengan melakukan dan menyelesaikan kegiatan magang di Perusahaan
Samkok Global Persada, dapat memiliki pengalaman mendalam mengenai manajemen media
sosial agar dapat digunakan untuk masa yang akan datang. / Globalization forces companies to become adaptable with the rise of new technology and
forces them to utilize those technologies to compete with other competitor companies. In this case,
the growth of technology is revolutionize the act of marketing that used to be done by the company
using conventional methods, now can be done by using social media so that the goals can be
achieved easily and faster than before. Instagram as a social media can be used as one of the tools
that can increase the brand awareness of a company to the target audience.
Intern was doing the internship program in PT. Samkok Global Persada and the program
is 4 months time for gaining new insights and experience in the professional world. The intern is
in charge of the whole social media management with the sole purpose of increasing the company’s
brand awareness.
Intern is hoping to finish the internship program and implying the insights and experience
gained to be applied to the real world.
