Terbatasnya lapangan pekerjaan yang menyebabkan tingginya angka pengangguran sudah bukan hal yang asing lagi. Berdasarkan data tingkat pengangguran Indonesia oleh Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) per Februari 2022, tercatat ada sebesar 5,83% (8,40 juta orang) jumlah pengangguran dari total keseluruhan penduduk usia kerja yang berjumlah 208,54 juta orang. Lalu, menurut data terbaru per Februari 2022 ada sebesar 12,26% jumlah Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka (TPT) merupakan lulusan diploma dan universitas. Dari data BPS yang didapatkan tersebut, dapat dilihat bahwa tingginya tingkat pengangguran terbuka khususnya pada lulusan diploma dan universitas dan rendahnya jumlah wirausahawan dapat menyebabkan rendahnya lapangan pekerjaan yang tersedia. Maka dari itu, masalah rendahnya minat mahasiswa dalam berwirausaha perlu ditinjau lebih dalam lagi khususnya pada level universitas. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor – faktor apa saja yang memengaruhi minat mahasiswa Universitas Pelita Harapan dalam berwirausaha berdasarkan theory of planned behavior. Pada penelitian ini, variabel yang digunakan yaitu attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, dan pendidikan kewirausahaan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner. Lalu, data hasil kuesioner diolah menggunakan bantuan PLS-SEM. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah variabel attitude dan perceived behavioral control memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan dan positif terhadap minat berwirausaha. Tetapi, variabel subjective norm dan pendidikan kewirausahaan tidak memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha. / Limited job opportunities lead to high unemployment are not uncommon. Based on Indonesia's unemployment rate data by the Central Bureau of Statistics (Badan Pusat Statistik) as of February 2022, there were 5.83% (8.40 million people) of the total working age population of 208.54 million people unemployed. Then, according to the latest data as of February 2022 there were 12.26% of the total Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) who were diploma and university graduates. From the BPS data obtained, the high level of open unemployment, especially among diploma and university graduates and the low number of entrepreneurs can lead to low available jobs. Therefore, the problem of low student interest in entrepreneurship needs to be reviewed more deeply especially in university level. Therefore, this study aims to find out what factors influence the interest of Pelita Harapan University students in entrepreneurship based on the theory of planned behavior. In this study, the variables used were attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, and entrepreneurship education. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Then, the data from the questionnaires were processed using the help of PLS-SEM. The results obtained are the attitude variable and perceived behavioral control have a significant and positive influence on the interest in entrepreneurship. However, the variable subjective norm and entrepreneurship education do not have a significant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship.
