Abstract

Indonesia is a developing country where transportation is one of the supports for advancing the economy in Indonesia, as time goes by there are many airlines that are present to provide flight services for Indonesian people who want to travel by air transportation. The airplane itself often experiences incidents which are related to aviation security and safety, where the emergency exit door is one of the important components for airplanes. The aircraft emergency exit door is a safety component where the emergency exit door aims to help passengers get out of the plane if an emergency occurs during flight, in Indonesia itself both from airlines which have existing provisions to regulate general provisions for passengers who it is worth to sit in this seat, because as you know that this door is not a door that can be opened normally, because this emergency exit door has a very important role in the plane. So that airlines must provide directions to passengers who will sit at the emergency exit door. If a passenger opens the emergency exit door in violation either intentionally or unintentionally, then there are provisions or legal sanctions that will be given to passengers who open the emergency exit door on the plane. Therefore, if there are passengers who open the emergency exit doors, sanctions can be imposed that have been regulated in existing regulations in Indonesia
