Abstract

Mitra Teknik dan Teknik Jaya merupakan bisnis keluarga yang bergerak di bidang jasa service AC. Selama COVID-19 kedua jasa service AC ini mengalami dampak dari penurunan pendapatan. Maka peniliti ingin menyelidiki faktor apa saja yang dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan sehingga dapat bertahan selama COVID-19. Penilitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara dengan pemilik dan konsumen dari jasa service AC Mitra Teknik dan jasa service AC Teknik Jaya. Dilakukan juga sebuah observasi secara langsung maupun tidak langsung dan dituangkan dalam bentuk field notes. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa mini model theory yang diharapkan dapat bermanfaat dan digunakan oleh pemilik jasa service AC Mitra Teknik dan jasa service Teknik Jaya sebagai acuan dan pedoman dengan tujuan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan di masa yang akan datang.
