Tulisan ini menganalisis pergeseran sentral Amerika Serikat dalam tatanan geopolitik internasional dari Timur Tengah ke Asia Pasifik. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dan teori neorealisme serta konsep regionalisme, ancaman keamanan, dan geostrategis. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Amerika Serikat menggeser geopolitik mereka dari Timur Tengah ke Asia Pasifik atas dasar situasi dan kondisi geopolitik di Timur Tengah yang tidak aman serta adanya kebangkitan Tiongkok dalam ekonomi untuk memperluas pengaruh mereka di kawasan Asia Pasifik. Melihat hal tersebut Amerika Serikat memberlakukan kebijakan-kebijakan melalui tiga pemerintahan yaitu Obama, Trump, dan Biden. Kesimpulannya adalah Amerika Serikat melakukan hal tersebut untuk mempertahankan status quo mereka sebagai negara yang hegemon dan untuk membendung kebangkitan Tiongkok di kawasan tersebut. / This paper analyses the United States central shift in the international geopolitic from the Middle East to Pacific Asia. The method is used a qualitative method and neorealism theory as well as regionalism, security threats, and geostrategic concepts. The results of this research found that the United States shifted their geopolitics from the Middle East to Pacific Asia is because the unsafe of geopolitical situations and conditions in the Middle East also the rise of Tiongkok in the economy to expand their influence in the Pacific Asia region. Seeing this, the United States implemented policies through three governments, from Obama, Trump, and Biden. The conclusion is that the United States is doing this to maintain it’s status quo as the hegemon country and to stem Tiongkok’s rises in the region.
