Abstract
The purpose of doing this research is to discover the condition of monthly compensation, the condition of employee encouragement and employee engagement. And also, to examine the influence of employee monthly compensation and employee encouragement towards CV. Anugerah Sukses Agung employee engagement. The research study is 40 employees of CV. Anugerah Sukses Agung. This research implements random sampling method to collect data from employees. With Slovin’s formula, a total of 36 employees was determined as the sample of this study. And another 36 respondents were chosen outside from the sample to test the validity and reliability of questionnaire. Simple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination analysis were used to analyze to collected the data. Based on the research result, it’s proved that both of monthly compensation and employee encouragement are totally influence the employee engagement of CV. Anugerah Sukses Agung. This shows that CV. Anugerah Sukses Agung has implemented monthly compensation and employee encouragement with properly, with a T count value of 4.080 and 4.253 which are higher that the T-table value. And the effect of monthly compensation and employee encouragement which implies that influences of 72.9% of employee engagement of CV. Anugerah Sukses Agung indicated by the coefficient of determination. /
Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kondisi kompensasi bulanan, kondisi dorongan karyawan dan keterikatan karyawan. Serta untuk menguji pengaruh kompensasi bulanan karyawan dan dorongan kerja karyawan terhadap CV. Keterlibatan karyawan Anugerah Sukses Agung. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 40 karyawan CV. Anugerah Sukses Agung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode random sampling untuk mengumpulkan data dari karyawan. Dengan rumus Slovin, sejumlah 36 karyawan ditetapkan sebagai sampel penelitian ini. Dan 36 responden lainnya dipilih di luar sampel untuk menguji validitas dan reabilitas kuesioner. Analisis regresi linier sederhana dan analisis koefisien determinasi digunakan untuk menganalisis pengumpulan data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, terbukti bahwa baik kompensasi bulanan maupun dorongan kerja karyawan berpengaruh secara total terhadap employee engagement CV. Anugerah Sukses Agung. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa CV. Anugerah Sukses Agung telah menerapkan kompensasi bulanan dan dorongan karyawan dengan baik, dengan nilai T hitung 4,080 dan 4,253 yang lebih tinggi dari nilai T-tabel. Dan pengaruh kompensasi bulanan dan dorongan karyawan yang berimplikasi bahwa 72,9% berpengaruh terhadap employee engagement CV. Anugerah Sukses Agung ditunjukkan dengan koefisien determinasi.
