Abstract

The intention to use the OVO application has decreased which is reflected in the most popular which has decreased and is less competitive with other e wallet products due to risk perception, trust and ease of use. The aim of this research is to find out whether the risk perception, trust and ease of use simultaneously affect the intention to use mobile payment. Risk perception, trust and ease of use have an important role in shaping the intention to use. In this research, the writer used quantitative research design and IBM SPSS. The writer used descriptive and causal approach. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The population will be Accounting User and sample size was 75 respondents. The result of hypothesis test, risk perception, trust and ease of use have an influence on intention to use mobile payment, either partial or simultaneous. Furthermore, risk perception, trust and ease of use have 51,7% influence on intention to use mobile payment. This research also passed the validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test and the equation is Intention to Use = 2.359+ 0.218 Risk Perception + 0.267 Trust + 0.093 Ease of Use + e . Recommendations for OVO application include improved by routinely providing information about finances, security ensures face scans or retina scans and innovates towards convenience for OVO application users. / Niat untuk menggunakan aplikasi OVO telah menurun yang tercermin dalam yang paling populer yang telah menurun dan kurang kompetitif dengan produk e wallet lainnya karena persepsi risiko, kepercayaan dan kemudahan penggunaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah persepsi risiko, kepercayaan dan kemudahan penggunaan secara bersamaan mempengaruhi niat untuk menggunakan mobile payment. Persepsi risiko, kepercayaan dan kemudahan penggunaan memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk niat untuk menggunakan. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif dan IBM SPSS. Penulis menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dan kausal. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Populasi akan menjadi mahasiswa akuntansi UPH dan ukuran sampel adalah 75 responden. Hasil uji hipotesis, persepsi risiko, kepercayaan dan kemudahan penggunaan berpengaruh terhadap niat penggunaan mobile payment, baik parsial maupun simultan. Selain itu, persepsi risiko, kepercayaan dan kemudahan penggunaan Memiliki 51,7% pengaruh pada niat untuk menggunakan pembayaran mobile. Penelitian ini juga lolos uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji regresi linier berganda dan persamaan Intention to Use = 2,359 + 0,218 persepsi risiko + 0,267 kepercayaan + 0,093 kemudahan penggunaan + e . Rekomendasi untuk aplikasi OVO termasuk ditingkatkan dengan secara rutin memberikan informasi tentang keuangan, keamanan memastikan pemindaian wajah atau pemindaian retina dan berinovasi menuju kenyamanan bagi pengguna aplikasi OVO.
