The purpose of the research is to identify the effect of work environment and employee training on employee job satisfaction in PT Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi. It is identified that there are unauthorized absences from the employees, the company has also experienced 40% employee turnover during the end of 2021 where employees resigned or unwilling to extend the work contract.The population of the research are 274 employees of PT Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi. The Slovin formula is used to calculate the sample for the research in which 73 employees are the determined as a sample, and another 30 employees outside of the sample are chosen to test the validity and reliability of the data. Moreover, this research uses descriptive statistics to analyze the data collected from the 73 employees. According to the research result, work environment has no effect on employee job satisfaction, employee training affects employee job satisfaction, however, both work environment and employee training has simultaneous effect on employee job satisfaction in PT Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi. / Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan pelatihan karyawan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi. Diidentifikasi adanya ketidakhadiran karyawan tanpa izin, adanya perputaran karyawan sebanyak 40% pada akhir tahun 2021 dimana karyawan mengundurkan diri ataupun tidak memperpanjang kontrak kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 274 karyawan PT Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi. Rumus Slovin digunakan untuk menghitung sampel penelitian dimana 73 karyawan ditetapkan sebagai sampel, dan 30 karyawan di luar sampel dipilih untuk menguji validitas dan reliabilitas data. Selain itu, penelitian ini menggunakan statistik deskriptif untuk menganalisis data yang terkumpul dari 73 karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, pelatihan karyawan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, namun, lingkungan kerja dan pelatihan karyawan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi.
