At this time, Expense Tracker application has already been made by developers around the world to help community in managing their savings. One company, namely Pundi Mas Berjaya which is one of the Software House Company also made Expense Tracker Application, but the application made by the company is not cross-platform and some features aren’t yet being implemented into the application and thus become inflexible and company’s objective have not yet been fulfilled. To increase the Expense Tracker application’s performance from Pundi Mas Berjaya Company, then it is necessary to develop their web-based Expense tracker Application. In this research, Expense Tracker application developed using Waterfall Method and Blackbox testing, for the construction tool are HTML, CSS, Javascript, Laravel, PHP, and Bootstrap with MySQL Database. This Website include dashboard page, report, history, register and calculating financial transaction. From the result of this research, Expense Tracker Application can make user easy to register and calculate their transaction as well as making application accessible to cross-platform and this application also fullfil the company’s desire. / Pada masa dewasa ini, Aplikasi Expense Tracker sudah banyak dibuat oleh beberapa developer di seluruh dunia untuk dapat membantu masyarakat dalam manajemen keuangan mereka. Salah satu perusahaan yaitu perusahaan Pundi Mas Berjaya yang merupakan salah satu perusahaan Software House juga membuat aplikasi Expense Tracker, namun aplikasi yang dibentuk perusahaan belum bersifat crossplatform dan beberapa fiturnya masih belum diimplementasikan sehingga menjadi kurang fleksibel dan objektif perusahaan belum tercapai. Untuk dapat meningkatkan performa aplikasi tersebut, maka diperlukan pengembangan aplikasi Expenses Tracker berbasis web pada perusahaan Pundi Mas Berjaya. Pada penelitian ini, aplikasi Expense Tracker dikembangkan dengan metode Waterfall dan pengujiannya dengan Blackbox testing, untuk konstruksi digunakan HTML, CSS, Javascript, Laravel, PHP, dan Bootstrap dengan database MySQL. Website yang dibangun mencakup halaman beranda, laporan, riwayat, pencatatan serta perhitungan transaksi keuangan. Dari hasil penelitian ini, aplikasi Expense Tracker dapat mempermudah pengguna untuk menghitung dan mencatat transaksi serta dapat mengakses aplikasi secara cross- platform dan telah memenuhi keinginan perusahaan.
