Abstract

McDonald's Corporation adalah perusahaan makanan cepat saji Amerika, yang didirikan pada tahun 1940 sebagai restoran yang dioperasikan oleh Richard dan Maurice McDonald, di San Bernardino, California, Amerika Serikat. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah informasi yang cukup dan dibutuhkan oleh pihak bank mc Donald yang bertujuan untuk menciptakan customer loyalty pada customer Mc Donald Surabaya. Penelitian ini bersifat kausal dengan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan software Amos 22.0 untuk membantu proses pengolahan data primer dari 100 customer Mcdonald di Surabaya yang dikumpulkan dengan teknik Snowball Sampling. Store Environment, Virtual Interaction Management, Service Interaction Management menjadi hal-hal yang perlu diperhatikan untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan terhadap Mcdonald Surabaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil bahwa dari ketiga variabel independent, ditemukan bahwa variabel virtual interaction management adalah variabel yang paling berpengaruh besar dan signifikan terhadap variabel Customer loyalty
