Abstract

Disiplin belajar merupakan salah satu hal utama dalam Pendidikan Jasmani yang dapat membuat pembelajaran menjadi efektif. Disiplin belajar dalam Pendidikan Jasmani meliputi sikap siswa yang tepat waktu, tertib mengikuti pembelajaran, dan melakukan tugas dengan baik. Namun, permasalahan yang terjadi pada siswa kelas III SD Lentera Harapan Gunung Agung adalah sikap disiplin belajar siswa yang rendah dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani. Untuk itu, peneliti menerapkan rules and procedures untuk meningkatkan disiplin belajar siswa. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menjelaskan penerapan rules and procedures dalam meningkatkan disiplin belajar siswa. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas tipe Pelton yang dilaksanakan dalam dua kali penerapan tindakan. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa-siswi kelas III SD Lentera Harapan Gunung Agung yang terdiri dari 28 siswa. Instrumen untuk penelitian ini adalah RPP, umpan balik mentor, jurnal refleksi, dan lembar observasi check list. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kedisiplinan siswa meningkat dari 67% menjadi 87% untuk indikator pertama dan meningkat dari 53% menjadi 87% untuk indikator kedua dengan menerapkan rules and procedures sebagai berikut: siswa hadir di lapangan tepat waktu, siswa ganti baju tepat waktu, siswa berbaris dengan tertip tepat waktu, siswa menggunakan pakaian dan sepatu olahraga, siswa berbaris empat saf dan tidak melakukan hal lain di luar rules and procedures guru./ Learning discipline is one of the main things in Physical Education that could make learning process to be effective. Discipline in Physical Education includes the attitude of students who are on time, orderly in following the learning process and doing tasks well. However, the problem that occured in third-grade students at SD Lentera Harapan Gunung Agung was the low attitude of discipline in Physical Education. Therefore, researcher implemented rules and procedures to improve students’ learning discipline. Besides, the purpose of this research was to explain the implementation of rules and procedures in order to improve students’ learning discipline in Physical Education subject. This study uses Pelton model of Classroom Action Research method, with two times implementation of action. The research subjects were grade III students at Lentera Harapan Gunung Agung Elementary School consisting of 28 students. The instruments for this study were lesson plans, mentor feedback, reflection journals, and checklist observation sheets. The disciplinary percentage of students improved from 67% to 87% for indicator one, and improved from 53% to 87% for indicator two. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that the Implementation of rules and procedures could improve the discipline of learning for third-grade students of Lentera Harapan Gunung Agung Elementary School on Physical Education subjects. The stages of the Implementation of rules and procedures are: Students come on time, students change their cloths on time, students line up orderly and on time, students wear sports uniforms, students line up in four columns and do the teacher’s rules and procedures.
